Nommi is an original trendy IP created by Jason's team at HiTOY Studio. The HiTOY team has incubated two IPs, "Nommi " and "Maymei ". The IP image is set as a little life shaped by a painter with color and love.
The operating company of this IP has undergone a change. Its original affiliated company was HiTOY, a trendy toy company dedicated to IP creative incubation and operation promotion, established in Changping, Dongguan in 2021. In 2025, TOP TOY, a trendy toy brand, completed its strategic control of Sure Fun Trendplay (formerly HiTOY Haichuang) and acquired 51% of its equity. TOP TOY's acquisition of "Nuomi Er" was completed in July 2025 , and on September 22, the acquisition of "Sure Fun Trendplay" was completed, with a shareholding ratio of 51%. The annual GMV of "Sure Fun Trendplay" exceeded 200 million yuan . TOP TOY has completed strategic acquisitions of well-known IPs such as "Nommi Nuomi Er" and "MayMei Mold" through its joint venture "Indeed Interesting" .
